The City of Somerville is seeking a consultant with experience with cultural facilities to create a master plan and business plan for its 1903 Armory. This master plan will guide how the Armory will continue to serve as a community center for the arts, such as how the space will be used and managed and how the proposed approach will be financially sustained.

To develop this plan, the consultant will work collaboratively with the Office of Strategic Planning & Community Development (OSPCD) Economic Development Division, the Somerville Arts Council, and the Capital Projects Division. Boston Transportation Dept. seeks consultant to provide planning, engineering analysis, and concept design services for the JFK/UMass Station Area Action Plan.
