Wilbraham issued an RFQ and proposals from civil engineering planning and/or landscape architectural firms, experienced in municipal parking and village center traffic flow feasibility studies and master plans and licensed in Mass., to develop a feasibility study and comprehensive municipal parking and pedestrian/vehicular traffic flow master plan for Crane Park.
