Holyoke issued an RFP for a consultant experienced in comprehensive plans for vehicular/pedestrian wayfinding and integrated signage.  Selected consultant will work with the City and stakeholders to develop a comprehensive plan and implementation strategy for wayfinding and signage. The signage and wayfinding system will be designed to
project a consistent image for vehicular and pedestrian routes to guide residents and visitors easily and safely to landmarks, facilities and community services.  One year.
