Boston needs a consultant for a Sustainable Urban Logistics Plan (SULP) for freight. This project will 1) evaluate how freight activity is impacting the City's transportation and climate goals; 2) map and activate stakeholders to leverage public, private, and community partnerships and knowledge sharing; and 3) develop targeted strategies to reduce the number of freight movements in the City through efficient logistics. Budget is $300,000 for 1 year.
