Springfield seeks community engagement consultant for the Urban Forest Master Plan. Project goal is to establish a strategic framework to effectively maintain and manage Springfield's urban forest in a way that reflects the communities needs and values, while also maximizing the forest's ecological economic, health, and social benefit. Budget is $75,000.
