Summary: Focused on ethical challenges faced by planners in the private sector, this session will review the AICP Code of Ethics, discuss the principles consulting planners face most often, and review case studies that illustrate ethical issues and discuss how consulting planners can adhere to their primary obligation to serve the public interest. The session will be valuable for private- and public-sectors planners.
